Herbëa is a range of Ayurvedic infusions that are made in keeping with ancient Ayurvedic recipes. Herbëa infusions are made from a variety of natural ingredients like flowers, roots, herbs, spices, and salts.

No, all our products are caffeine free. Hence we do not need a decaffeinated version. 

All our products are100% naturaland locally sourced. We ensure that minimum time is spent between sourcing and production of the ingredients. Moreover, we use carefully designed vacuum packaging to maintain the freshness of our herbs and other ingredients.

Ayurvedic infusions are created to address specific well being and are not composed of generic items. Also, our Ayurvedic infusions are based on age-old recipes handed down for generations. On the other hand, herbal infusions can be made with any herbs or flowers and do not need to have a specific medicinal purpose.

The infusions are best enjoyed as packed, however if you feel the need, you can add lime, honey or other garnishing to suit personal tastes. Do not add sugar to any infusions.

You will receive an email once the order is confirmed, usually within 2 to 4 hours of online order confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number with the chosen delivery partner which you can then track on their website.

Orders can be modified once placed, as long as they have not already been packed. If the order has been packed then no modifications are possible.

We support payment for all credit cards, debit cards and online bank payments.

This depends on the shipping address. You will be notified of the shipping charges during check out.

Yes we ship internationally.

Depending on the location, once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking number which you can then track on the delivery partner website. Most shipments within India will take between 2-5 days for delivery and International shipments between 5-9 days for delivery.

You will have to check the same with your assigned delivery partner.

We have a 30 days return policy, you may please return the same and we shall ship you another pack.

An order can be cancelled if the packing is not yet done. This usually takes up to 8 hours from the time of payment.

If you are unhappy with the product, you may reach out to us with your issue. We will either ask you to return your product and get a new one in replacement or send you a money refund.

You will then need to send the items back to us. We will process the refund amount once the material reaches us within 72 hours.

All refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment has been made.
